Oliver

We adopted Oliver - formerly known as Toro - in October, 2008. We had recently lost our first family dog, Olive, and were not really looking to get another dog so soon. She was the only dog my kids had known in their lives, and they were so heartbroken when she passed away. But, when we walked into PetSmart that Saturday afternoon and saw this beautiful white American Bulldog, we could not turn away. I could not believe someone else hadn't adopted him, he was so obviously sweet and so handsome! There is no doubt in my mind that he picked us, and having him in our lives has been nothing short of wonderful ever since. Oliver is THE MOST gentle and loving dog I have ever known, and I have never known any dog to be as patient with a child as he is with my very persistent daughter! They have a love affair beyond compare!

We adopted him as an almost 2 year old "teenager", which was great, since there was no housebreaking! He is the easiest and most laid back pooch, happy to simply have his pillow to nuzzle and a treat to munch on when we leave. He always welcomes us at the door when we return with his tail wagging!

Oliver enjoys going running with his dad every morning, he loves to nap by the pool on warm days, and he loves to cuddle (which usually involves him sitting right on top of one of us! We think he has confused himself with a much smaller breed...). We think he has a pretty awesome life!

Santa's Helper

Our entire family is so grateful to Puppy Hill Farm for taking Oliver in and taking such good care of him. He has provided us with countless hours of love, entertainment, and joy. He helped us heal, and more importantly, he has become a vital part of our family.
